How do I post an edited photo from iPhoto on Facebook?

So I rotated a photo on iPhoto and now I want to post the "new" photo on Facebook. but every time I try to, I end up posting the unedited, non-rotated picture? How can post the picture the way I edited it?

Save the Photo to your Computer Or Mobile Device than Go On Facebook and Upload it If it Comes Out in a Different Position you Can Always Fix it By Going to Options and Than Click Rotate Left or Right and Adjust it
