How do I set my Facebook timeline to disable others from posting a status post to me?

I noticed one f my friends has her timeline set to disable the facility to write something on her ti Elaine...for sample I would not be able to click on " write on her post" ....tat bit is disabled..how do I do that?

i think its a form of blocking not sure.

You can disable writing on your wall by your friends.you have to change your settings first

1.go to settings&privacy

2.select timeline and tagging

3.change ' who can post on your timeline ' to only me.
