Good password is secure and Hard to guess but in practical must ease to remember.

For three simple reasons:

1. The password sentence has simply more characters than the single word.

2. The "weird" characters are for an attacker not much harder to crack than normal characters.

3. The dashes between the four random words, render a brute force dictionary attack futile: the attacker simply can't know where the dashes are in the sentence, so he can't use a dictionary at all.

for me, a good password is a combination of alphabets, numbers, and characters, such as aB0!iS4m3^T... this is very hard to guess but may very hard to remember..

so just use password that looks like simple but hard to hack and trace also, and should be more than 8 chars, such as @Bolishmen-123098!.. looks simple but hard to hack it..

A good password is something that no one would be able to guess. For example, if you like horses, your password should not be "horselover11". A good password should also include upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
