I don't have Internet on my phone so is there a way I can send photos to Instagram through pic message ....

Yes.You can do.First,you have to open your fb account on internet,then click on share~Photo,~Upload photo by email,Fb Will give a email For uploading photo by Any number,mobile,thus you can do this.
