Facebook banning accounts?

Recently a friend of mine lost access to their facebook profile because they were allegedly using a fake name, making it a fake account. She sent evidence that her profile was real but she is still unable to access the account, it's been well over a month since she sent the evidence and since has sent various emails inquiring about it but yet no response. If anybody knows anyway of helping it will be greatly appreciated.

Facebook has to Look And Investigate the Report if the Account has Not Been Restored yet Facebook probably Has Not Finished Investigating yet Either That or They Still Believe That The Person made A Fake Account in That Case They Will Not Restore the Account
