Blocking someone on facebook?

there is this guy on facebook who thinks we were good friends but i dont like him at all. i was his friend on facebook but then i unfriended him coz he was soo weird. i wanna know if i should block him or do something else because i really dont want him as my friend and looking at my photos. please tell me what i should do: keep turning down his requests or block him

OMG i thought i was the only person like that im haitain and there was a boy in facebook that told me i don't look like haitain im to beautiful he like me i block im and he told some of my friend that he know them and they say im mean his like so wierd just block him thanks for not making me feel wierd.
