Need help tagging people from a business page?

I have a personal Facebook account and I manage two business Facebook pages. What I want to do is tag people in posts. I start using Facebook as one of my business pages and then apparently you just type @ and start typing a name to tag. However this only works if I like the page and when I try to tag people I am not friends with I don't see their names listed in a drop down box. Can someone please explain to me exactly how to tag pages and people in posts using a business page? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You Can Only Tag People Who are your Friends and Pages you Can not Tag People Who Are Not your Friends In a Post
