How do I block requests in Facebook?
People keep sending me requests for games I'm not playing. Can I block the request without blocking the friend?

Just ignore them. The 'friend' is not sending the request, that is being done by the Facebook computer.

You don't have to block your friends because you can block the apps instead. Click the upside-down triangle in the top right corner of your profile and then select Privacy Settings. Go to the Ads, Apps and Websites menu. You'll see a list of apps that interact with your profile. You can block each app individually or just turn off application invites entirely. If you don't play the games, it might be easier to block the app from the invite itself. Click the notification globe at the top of your profile and select See All Notifications. Hover your mouse over Farmville or any other app notification to make a small blue X appear. Click the X to edit the notification settings. You can also use this to manage how you see your friends' updates.
