Tiny graphics on Facebook, forums, etc.?

How do you make those tiny graphics people use on Facebook, forums, etc? I've seen weird alien smileys, rainbows, clusters of hearts, etc. But they're all REALLY REALLY tiny and cute. Hahah.

Hi, Cydney, if you just wanted to view those cute pictures on forums, you can use the zoom option of your browser. In order to do that, you can press and hold CTRL on your keyboard and press "+" sign... to reset the zoom, press and hold CTRL and "0". I hope it helps =)
