I was always told by my parents that you always had to tell two lies to cover up one lie. They were apparently correct. Tell them the truth.

A bit disturbing why there asking this for, as most parents should be encouraging there children to get outside and do something active and enjoy the fresh air!

That's an idea: just say you have found a new life other then Facebook, tell you have found the great outdoors!
