1. Have a twitter account that will appeal to people, it helps if it is funny and inoffensive.
2. Tag all your posts so more people can see them.
3. Find out if theres anyone you know with lots of twitter followers, get them to shout out you.
4. Find people on twitter with lots of followers and get them to follow/shout out you, the more ways you get noticed the better.
