What to do when you delete someone and they add you again on facebook?

I deleted someone on fb bc she always made slimy comments when I post pics and status of my vacations. And she seems very competitive. I got tired of her not liking anything on my fb and making comments a out it. So I deleted her off of fb bc I don't see the point of keeping her on. I deleted alot of unnecessary people off that I don't really communicate with.
She sent me a friend request yesterday but I just ignored it. I accepted her other friends' request bc they were ok. But would I seem like a ignorant person if I don't add her and just add her friends? I don't want to look perry but at the same time I really don't like her looking at my fb.
Should I ignore or add her and just put her on the restricted list?
