hi..if you are talking about; How to upload a photo.
Here are the steps.
1) Go to upload status section
2) Choose a upload photo option
3)Choose a file
4)Then click upload button.
it will take some time as per your photo and speed.. Done!

Do you Mean How to Make it So Other People Can See it If So go To the Photo Page Than Under Each Album Click on the Circle Or Lock And Change the Settings From There And That Should Do it
