Yes, Elizabeth, it's still cyber-bullying. From your question, I don't know if you're asking because you are the one being bullied or if you are the bully asking to see if you could be considered a cyber-bully if you only send messages once in a while.

Just because the incidents don't happen daily doesn't mean that it's not bullying (or that you aren't a bully). What it means is that the bully doesn't see it as bullying if only done periodically.

So, if you are being bullied, tell an adult. Don't let them fluff it off as trivial.

If you are the bully, stop before your victim decides that enough is enough and presses charges against you..
