What is the range of costs for CPC and/or CPM of facebook ads?

I think CPC would be better as the user has performed an action - shows interest in your ad.
CPM is how many times your ad has been shown, indicates nothing about interest level.

Ther are two types:
You can choose between a daily or a lifetime budget, as well as a cost per thousand impressions bid (CPM) or cost per click bid (CPC).
You will only pay for the clicks or impressions you receive, up to the amount you set for your budget, and can view the cost of your ads in real time from your ads manager.
