Is there a way to join instagram without having a cell phone?
I want to follow my favorite singer on her instagram account. Apparently you need to have a smart phone to use it but I don't have a cell phone because I am autistic and don't speak on phones. Is there a way to follow her from just using my computer?

no, you can't create an account online but if you already have one just go to http://www.instagram.com and sign in, or you could just buy an ipod touch, that has instagram and its not a phone (:
