Facebook add on help?

I notice on facebook a lot of my friends are putting things like "watching a film" then there's a small clipboard. Or " very tired" and there's a small face yawning. Where do i get these kind of things from? Is it an app or is it on their phones? I just have a Galaxy 3 mini.

It should appear when you make a Facebook status. I'm not sure if it doesn't work on android phones because I don't have one.
