how do I view the people I blocked in facebook?

You have to unblock them. If they haven't also blocked you, you can then view their profile (if it's not private)

Open Facebook and go to your account settings >> blocking , you would see the list of people you have blocked. to view them in your account, you have to click unblock and confirm it.
