I see on Facebook people have made a hate page on people like Justin Bieber and Casey Anthony but they are not allowed to make a hate page on people they know especially teachers and students they go to school and everybody that is a fan of the page gets detention.I cannot pretend to like someone when I really hate them.

I guess its cause celebrities are like public territory, There a celebrity so that's why you could do it,If you were to make one of a girl at school you don't like then she could easily find you and charge you with a hate crime, A celebrity is not going to come after you

The celebrities basically belong to the public there like hating a song or a movie or something. There public property. As far as I know you can make a hate page on a teacher and not get charged with anything unless you threaten them or something of that nature. If you do it to a student it would be considered bullying.
