Ive lost 3kg in 2 weeks but it dosent really show?

The first few weeks of a diet is mainly losing excess water in your system.

As you keep progressing in your diet the healthy weight loss per week would be around 1 kg.

It takes times but it will pay off In the end.

That's a pretty nice bit of weight and pretty indicitive of healthy weight loss which is about 2 lbs per week. Don't worry about seeing the difference yet. You see it on the scale right? Just make sure you're using the same scale everytime. Weight loss is taken off the whole body proportionately and depending on your gender will start at the belly for males and the hips for females. Keep up the good work and in about 3 months you will see significant changes.

Pro tip: Take a full body picture in your underwear now and another picture after a months time. You will then see a difference. Looking at your body everyday is decieving.
