You're Blocked from Sending Friend Requests for 14 Days?

my fb won't allow me to log in in it says i am temporarily locked.
After ticking (I understand that sending friend requests to people who don't know me could cause me to be permanently blocked.) it says me to cancel pending requests, i did but then it wont open my account and this error:

and after this i can't do anything except logging out.
Please help I've tried opening my account in other browsers. also tried changing password but it didn't work.

this problem is not solved since yesterday.

Several people are reporting problems with facebook today, in many areas (chat, contact lists, etc.)

I have heard that this is one of the areas that they are working in recently (friend request / spam control) and, as I stated in another post: See if you can get your friends' their e-mail or phone number so you can write or text them. And I would not use facebook for anything life-threatening for the next few weeks until this is sorted out. Not trying to be a hater, I'm just spreading the bad news today apparently.
