Some jobs use social networks to keep an eye on their employees and check them out, sort of like a background check to see how people are representing them as a company.

Kris , no hes checking them out, wants to know where they go, what they do, and who they do it with, so later on any of them that do not follow his regimes orders , he can terminate them
