you have to have an iphone or an android phone to POST pics. the only thing you can do without the phone is view other peoples pics and yours will never have any pics posted. Sad

so far, you cant post pics from your computer to instagram... unless you go through a LOT of hoops and install some kind of android emulation to your computer, but if you do that, you can also make your own account.
