How can I get people to buy my book on Facebook and Twitter?

I am trying to sell as many copies as I can and I cant keep on posting the link where you can purchase the book and saying how good it is. I have a FB page with 2000 people. What can I say or do to make people buy it???

You could sell it at your normal price but say that it is reduced for a certain amount of time. e.g. 'The Amazing Story' usually £20.00, NOW £10.00 due to the 50% DISCOUNT FOR THIS WEEK . You actually want to sell the book for £10.00 but this gives the buyer a feeling of saving. This gives people the impression that the deal is time sensitive and that as it won't be available later, they better buy it now.
