On facebook, I was blocked for sending friends request for 7 days. It made me go in and say why...?

I send friends request. I did that. Then it says cancel friends request... did that. Then last page says log in. When I try I keep getting ...

Been doing this for 2 days. and I cannot get into my account. I emailed them and made tickets, but of course they are lame and don't do anything. what do I do?????
