Nope not at all. However you could get in trouble if you steal someones name, pictures, information and pretend to be them exactly. But if you just make up a random name and so on you'll be fine. Good Luck!

Imma let you in on a little secret: Most of us have made a Fake Facebook to log in. The most obvious reason is changing your birthday to make you seem older. Did this back in 5th grade. And i know hundreds of users with stupid fake names like Professor Wet Fart. ._.

It's against the TOS (Terms of service), but it's not something you'll get thrown in jail for doing.

Unless !!!!, your impersonating someone, and doing bad things while impersonating that someone.
