If your Account Has Been Disabled you Can Appeal your Account at Disabled@facebook.com if They Dont Respond Back Within a Few Weeks Than Most Likely its Not Gonna Be Restored

If your Account Has Been Hacked As Long as They Didint Change the Email Hit Forgot Password Put in your Email Address and Facebook will Send you a Password Reset link and you Can Reset your Password If They Did Change your Email Than your Out of Luck
