How do you recover a deleted Instagram account...still with all the information on there?

I saw that my boyfriend had Instagram. i check out his page on my new account I got angry coz he was chatting up girls and liking pictures he then said he deleted his account strait away when i asked him y is he chatting up girls, but I want to know if I can get back on there he gave me the password once he deleted it.. I want to know if he's been cheating on me and more we've been having problems lately and after 3 years I would expect more... Could someone please help me. Thank you.

You can start a new account but will not get the info from the old one
on it
A relationship is built on trust so if you can't trust him ...
If he says he is not on it then believe him
