How to connect Instagram Likes with Facebook?

Let's say I post a pic on instagram. Then I share it on facebook. Some people like my photo through instagram and some through facebook. Is there a way combine these two?? I see in some peoples pictures on facebook (let's say it has 10 likes) It will say that 8 people liked it on facebook and "2 other people liked this on Instagram" How to you do this?

You will have to follow this steps within the Instagram app.

1st- Log into Instagram Account
2nd- Go to your Instagram settings & NOT edit your profile option.
3rd- Under PREFERENCES choose "Share Settings"
4th- Click "Facebook"
5th- Turn on the "Share likes to timeline" by sliding your finger to your right above the option.

**You will be all set!
