iPhone Tracking? Can she or not?

There is a girl who I am dating knows all about iPhone. She convinced me to get one so I did (said what the heck) but when she was playing with it and downloading apps for me, I am not sure if she downloaded something so she can track. I heard you can do this with iPhones. Is this true. Can she actually tract me without knowing it and if so, how can I tell. Please, any info will help.

Yes, she might install apk that can track you down, or even hear your phone conversation, read your message. Such program much be difficult to detect by common people.
The best way is to 'reset factory', to delete anything there, which you can do yourself or ask iPhone service centre to format your cell.
