Social networks site?
I am planning in developing a small kind-of-social networks site and I am planning to hire at first a small team to begin with this project..
By know I have an internet marketing expert, 3 web developers, another marketing person and a designer.

How much at start do you think I must pay each one?? Should I hire someone else to work in the team??? What is your opinion??

Each professional is going to be different, and there are other ways you can pay them. You can offer them bonuses on performance. I would suggest using oDesk to find your outsource workers. You can manage them, get snapshots of their desktops to see that they are working, and tend to find quality providers for a very reasonable if not dirt cheap price.

Just to piggy back on what someone else said about going to Odesk, you can also go to elance and rentacoder and see what the going rates are. Of course it's also going to depend on what country you're getting your outsouce work done. Another alternative is to just sign up for a ning.com site. It's a pre-made social network site.

that is such a nice plan. the fees for seo, internet marketing experts and web developers depends on their experience and location. hiring freelancers can be cheaper. otherwise you should contact and web design and internet marketing consulting firm.
