Use Realplayer downloader that allows you to download any streaming videos.
Once installed it prompts on top of the video, to download!. this way you can download the video.

For videos that are link from youtube, you can click the youtube icon, open the same video on youtube. Then copy the link thats present in the browser. Go to Keepvid dot com and then extract the video using the URL.

Another shortcut that works sometimes, is to use Mozilla Firefox, see the HTML code of the viewing webpage. Scan through the line where it says the video is stored from, Download the video.

Go to http://www.skipity.com/ Click the ADD TO CHROME below, download it and run it , after that restart your browser to make sure that you have the button already, it works on any page you are on to download any videos like facebook videos, youtube or any sites. Once you downloaded the skipity buttons you will see the button above your browser and go to the any video sites then click the "save video" button, its easy and fast, and let you choose what quality you like to download. This is what we are using and we dont have any problem with it.
