Can you find me an browser plugin or anything that directly upload facebook photo from an image url, so that i don't have to save the image to the computer everytime to upload it to facebook directly.

No such thing - probably for copyright reasons. It's only a few extra clicks - so unless you're doing it on an industrial scale, then I think you're just being lazy bones!!
