Twitter edit profile picture?

ok now I dont wanna come off sounding like a complete dumbass, but I cant seem to change my profile pic on twitter, I've only tried it using my windows phone or an iPad, so maybe thats the problem but I just cant find it in settings or whatever your suppose to do ha. So please help me from being a blue egg to an actual person. Thanks.

I've never use Twitter on iPad, but I know how to do that on WP :
- on the bottom right there should be "..."
- click that, edit profile
- edit it
- once you're done, save it
