How do I block facebook games on a work computer?
is there a setting on the computer or router that could block games i.e. Candy crush but still be able to use facebook

Go to the desired game's homepage. On many of the pages there is a settings option that will drop down. You can then select to block or to not allow that page to post on your behalf.
