Would you bother messaging this person again on Facebook ?

Hey people

A few weeks ago I went to a party and met several new people so added them on Facebook to keep in contact and dropped then a message asking how they were getting on.

For the most part worked really well and have hung out with two of them regularly. One however accepted the request and never wrote back to the message.

I'm not one for being friends with someone just to have a large number of friends, thinking of dropping her a message again to see if get a response but not sure what to put?

So basic questions are should I bother and if I do what should i write ?

Just wait it out and if this person doesn't get back to you in a week then send a message asking if they got your last message. Make up an excuse like you weren't sure if the message sent or not. If they don't ever respond to either message then they are most likely ignoring you.
