login into her facebook and check my apps it will display the list of apps she using from the beginning she entered into fb.

If she didn't have any strong security and privacy protection then you can view list of apps she using in her about page in fb profile. But sometimes you won't get a complete list

You Cant Find Out What Apps She is Using Unless you Ask Her and If She Tells you or If you Login Into Her Account Which is Hacking and Its Not Legal

Check her wall for posts on app activity, if it's not visible just ask her what apps she likes using.

If her message which your recieved is from mobile , it may be from opera mini or uc browser or mobile browser. If it from chat it may be from chatting software or from computer.
