Only you can do that. You need to contact their admin. They may decide whatever you did wrong is so bad they will never unblock you.

your account was probably suspended for breaking the rules - you were probably adding people as friends that you didnt actually know in real life, and that is against the rules on facebook

if you are past your 30 day block, you get suspended the next time, so that is probably what happened

there is no way to recover your account now - it will soon be deleted for behavior indicative of a spammer
