Help with contact on iPhone and my Facebook contacts ? !?

I deactivated my Facebook account not long ago and for some reason my Facebook contacts come up with my phone contacts how can I just make it my phone contacts ?

Firstly double click the menu button. Hold down on one of the apps and a red minus sign should come up. Minus all of them. This doesn't delete any apps it just clears some room and makes things quicker. Then hold down the menu button and lock button. This may take a few seconds to happen but your screen should turn black but keep holding it down until the apple sign comes up. Then you can let go. You have rebooted you iPhone and wouldn't loose anything.
OR:
If you have the app delete it.
