What happens when you deactivate your account on facebook?
Does everything get deleted and you have to start all over again if you deactive it? Do you lose all your friends on it and lose your relationship status on it? And please can you tell me if it deletes all your messages because I defo want to keep my messages (bcus I have all my messages on it from when me and my boyfriend first started talking and I dont want to lose them). I just want to temporarily deactive my acount because I just think it causes too much drama and my friend keeps starting arguments with me on it and I cant be bothered.

It just hides everything until you activate it again. You don't lose anything

No. Everything just stays the way it is until you decide to reactivate it again, people can't find you or mail you or see your timeline but you will still be on their friends list and your profile picture will be blank.

No, you can activate your Facebook again after. I'm unsure if there's a time limit before your account data gets fully deleted, so I'd look that up before deactivating it.

When you deactivate your account it just stays the same, nothing is deleted, everything is there until you decide to reactivate it again.
