How do you connect a separate facebook page to your account?

So a while ago I made a Facebook page for a solo artist thing I am doing, but I realized I made it not connected to my account, using a separate email, making it a whole different Facebook page. Now I want to connect it to my Facebook page, but I can't figure out for the life of me, and its really frustrating, so if someone could help that would be awesome. Thanks.

Try adding your personal account as the manager in that Page you have created. Then, make the other account that is originally the creator of that Page not the admin of that Page anymore if you like to, or leave it there, in case something happen to the personal account.
