facebook frustration?

I cannot get on my facebook and keep asking for a security code. what in the world is this type of thing. I have been acessing my facebook for five months and nothing came up like this until this summer.

someone set up this feature so that the security code password gets sent to their phone which leaves you unable to access it. you can try to retrieve the password by clicking somewhere that says unable to access my device/phone and it should get you somewhere
