Why can i not paste pictures in facebook comments?

Hello, i am trying to copy the image directly and paste it into the comments. It used to work but now it stopped. I use copy image. not image url.

Click the camera icon at the right of comment box, it will bring you to your device to choose your pic; it's not a copy paste thing.

If it won't upload the pic, as it often does, try to open the post in a new tab before you click that camera icon, ie by clicking the time stamp of that post.
