I have a little box at the bottom right-hand corner of all the pages I go to. Does anyone know why?
It says something about "file not found in Facebook". I have no idea what file they are talking about. They do give me a rather long list of where to find the fix, but it doesn't work. HELP?

you don't really go into much detail so it is hard so say what the problem might be. but I am thinking you might have a problem with your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer try downloading Chrome and see if you get the same problem.

If you don't get the same message in a different browser then most likely your browser is missing a file that it is looking for when it opens.
