How to access Facebook fan page?

I was recently hired as a marketing associate and while attempting to add myself as Facebook admin the fan page was locked out. How do I access as I don't know answers to security questions or people in pictures. Oh, the person that opened it, is no longer employed by the company.

i did not get you exactly, are you admin of the page, if so you can access easily, if you want to be admin , contact with admin he will assign you admin manager position and normal facebook fan page you can join, some with permission, some open group without permission.
