Settings for Follow and message button on Facebook?

I want to change my Facebook so that no one can add me and have it so they an only message me and follow me. So I enabled the follow button in the hope it would replace the "add friend" button but instead it replaced the "message" button so now I have the "follow" button and "add friend" button. This isn't what I want. I just want the follow and message buttons. Can I do that? I've seen that some people have and they can't be added but when I go to my settings to change "who can add me" it only has the options "anyone" and "friends of friends" there is no "no one" option. Someone please help i would appreciate it so much!

The Furthest you Can Go is Friends of Friends There is No Way to Stop It Entirely As Long as That Person is Not a Mutual Friend With One of your Other Friends They Wont Be Able to Add you on Facebook

Set it to Friends of Friends and you Should Only See the Follow Button and the Message Button
