What is actually your question? If by temporary locked you mean temporary block for certain action, then don't do that action you're blocked for until your jail time is finished otherwise you'll be jailed longer. Anyhow, there's no need for security question in this case.

If you mean you can't log in, what it has to do with temporarily lock out? Please clarify what do you mean...
