Where can I find how long FB is blocking my videos for?

So I a notification that I cant post any more videos due to copy right. Well someone told me that in that notification there was a time period for how long I will be blocked for and trying to post videos will only prolong that time. I would like to see how long I am block for so I dont keep trying to post videos and have it continue to get prolonged. If you can help me in any way that would be great.

If they sent a message saying you'be been blocked for X amount of time then there's a time limit on it. If they sent you a message saying you're banned from posting video and it didn't mention a time limit then you're banned.

If its Temporary it Will Tell you on the Blocked Message How Long its For if it Does Not Say Anything than your Banned Permanently From Uploading Videos
