Can you get arrested for fighting in facebook?
I live in Canada and was just wondering if you could get arrested for fighting in facebook. Just curious. I might be able to stumble upon one in the future.

|
If you make a threat of violence against the person you are arguing with, then the other person can go to the police with that. Especially if it is documented on Facebook, then that may be all the evidence the police need to take you to court. The charge is called "Uttering Threats".
