How can I have a photo on Instagram of me deleted that is not on my profile?

Yesterday a photo was added on Instagram of me that I am embarrassed about and I do not like it. The only problem is this photo is not on my account therefore I cannot delete it myself...the people who own the account have told me that they are not deleting it and that I will have to get over it. It's nothing extremely embarrassing it's just a photo that I don't like. Does anyone know how I go about this or should I phone the police helpline to let him know that these photos are unacceptable and the language is atrocious. I would rather resort to this solution before phoning the police helpline, I would appreciate any help. Thankyou
